Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and winbkx ("Platform", "we") governing the use of the winbkx website and all related services offered through it. This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form one comprehensive agreement.

By registering an account, accessing the website or using any part of the winbkx services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms stated here. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use this platform.

winbkx operates under international licensing and provides online betting services including slots, live casino, sports betting and arcade games to eligible players. The platform is not responsible for any violation of local gambling laws by users in their respective jurisdictions.

Account Eligibility and Registration

To register a winbkx account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Not currently be on a self-exclusion programme at any gambling platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

Each user is only allowed to hold one winbkx account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. winbkx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, for the purpose of age and identity verification.

Account Responsibility and Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified winbkx of unauthorised access within a reasonable period.

You are required to notify the winbkx support team immediately if you suspect or discover that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. winbkx is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to keep your login information secure.

winbkx reserves the right to temporarily suspend or restrict an account if suspicious activity is detected, or if the platform finds inconsistent account information. In such cases, our support team will contact you via your registered email.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

winbkx accepts transactions through the following local payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or the equivalent value at the current rate for cryptocurrency transactions.

Withdrawals are processed after user identity verification is complete. winbkx reserves the right to hold withdrawals until all verification requirements are met, including submission of valid identification documents. No fees are charged by winbkx for processing standard withdrawals; however, any third-party charges that may be imposed by payment providers are outside our control.

All successful deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to the account. Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered are correct before confirming any transaction.

Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

winbkx offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received, and not the deposit amount.

For example: if you deposit RM100, a bonus of RM120 will be credited giving a balance of RM220. The wagering requirement is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM1,800, the maximum bonus of RM1,000 gives a balance of RM2,800 with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 25 = RM25,000.

winbkx also offers a VIP programme with four tiers, each providing different benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.3%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades depend on user activity and loyalty over time. winbkx reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion or VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice.

Bonus abuse, including using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or placing bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk ("bonus hunting"), is a violation of these terms and may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games provided on the winbkx platform use random number generator (RNG) technology that has been certified by independent parties. This ensures that every spin, card round or game outcome is random and cannot be manipulated.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any remaining balance:

• Use of automation software, bots or scripts to play or place bets;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting any bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the platform;
• Any form of fraud, falsification or false identity;
• Money laundering through the betting platform.

winbkx reserves the right to cancel any bet or transaction found to have occurred as a result of a technical error, including incorrect reward displays or over-credited payments. In such cases, the correct value will be restored once the investigation is complete.

User Code of Conduct

winbkx users are required to be courteous and respectful towards support staff, other players (in multiplayer games) and the platform's settings. Abusive language, threats or harassment are prohibited across all communication channels.

Users are not permitted to distribute unlawful, obscene, defamatory or harmful content towards winbkx or its other users through any communication feature provided on the platform.

Account Closure and Restrictions

winbkx reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions;
• Fraud, provision of false information or document forgery;
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or terrorism financing;
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual;
• User found to be under 21 years of age;
• Request from a competent legal authority.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the winbkx support team. Valid account balances will be returned after the investigation and verification are complete, subject to there being no outstanding issues on the account.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

winbkx does not guarantee that the platform will operate at all times without technical disruptions, delays or errors. Any losses arising from service interruptions, network issues or external factors beyond our control cannot be claimed as damages from winbkx.

This platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranty as to its suitability for a particular purpose. Users bet at their own personal risk, and winbkx is not responsible for any betting outcomes or financial losses incurred.

winbkx is not responsible for the content, products or services provided by third-party game or payment providers integrated with this platform. Any disputes involving such providers must be resolved directly with the relevant party.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

winbkx reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a notice on the website. Continued use of the platform after such amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the date of the latest version.

Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the winbkx platform will be determined based on the terms set out in this agreement. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and winbkx with respect to the matters stated herein.
